Role Summary
We are looking for a results-driven Sales Manager to develop new business, explore untapped markets, and build strong customer relationships. You will play a key role in driving growth through lead generation, market insights, and brand promotion.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop new business opportunities for existing product portfolio through lead generation and conversion.
- Explore new products, markets, and application segments for growth.
- Conduct market research and gather competitor insights to support strategic decisions.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to foster brand loyalty.
- Promote brand awareness through networking and customer engagement.
- Track and achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
What We're Looking For
- Graduate degree required; Engineering or MBA (Sales/Marketing) preferred.
- 2–8 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in the fastener or manufacturing industry.
- Strong communication skills—both written and verbal.
- Proven sales capabilities including persuasion, negotiation, and deal closure.
- Market intelligence and understanding of product applications.
- Soft-spoken, honest, and capable of understanding unspoken customer needs.
