As we scale our operations, we are looking for a competent and analytical Quality Assurance Manager to strengthen our quality systems, drive improvements, and ensure every product meets customer standards.

Role Summary

We are seeking a technically strong and system-driven Quality Assurance Manager who can lead inspections, ensure quality compliance, handle defect analysis, resolve problems, and drive continuous improvements. Fastener industry experience and hands-on operation of QA equipment is required.

Key Responsibilities

.
• Lead incoming, in-process, and final inspections for all fastener products.

  • Ensure product quality meets drawing requirements, standards, and customer specifications.
  • Conduct defect analysis, root cause analysis (RCA), and drive corrective actions (CAPA).
  • Maintain quality documentation, reports, calibration records, checklists, and QA data.
  • Operate and supervise use of Profile Projector, Hardness Testing Machine, Metallurgy Setup, and Calibration Tools.
  • Improve quality processes, strengthen SOPs, and ensure systematic quality checks.
  • Coordinate with production and customer teams for issue resolution.
  • Lead internal audits and support external/customer audits.
  • Ensure all measuring instruments are calibrated and functioning accurately

What We're Looking For


• Diploma / Degree in Mechanical or related field.

  • Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in fastener quality assurance.
  • Strong knowledge of engineering drawings and measurement fundamentals.
  • Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving ability.
  • Ability to enforce discipline, ensure system compliance, and maintain documentation.
  • Good communication and team coordination skills.
