Role Summary We are seeking a relationship-focused Sales Manager to strengthen engagement with existing customers, understand their business needs, and build long-term loyalty. You will also be responsible for generating leads, improving satisfaction levels, and driving cross-selling opportunities. Key Responsibilities  Build strong relationships with existing customers by understanding their business and improving communication.  Resolve customer queries promptly and work toward increasing satisfaction and share of business (SOB).  Create new leads for cross-selling and upselling across product lines.  Drive new business development within existing product portfolio.  Conduct market research and gather competitive insights.  Promote brand awareness through customer interaction and industry networking What We're Looking For  Graduate degree required; Engineering or MBA (Sales/Marketing) preferred.  2years of B2B experience in customer-facing sales or relationship management roles.  Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal.  Strong customer understanding with the ability to interpret unspoken needs.  Proven skills in negotiation, persuasion, and deal closure.  Time management and ability to consistently meet customer expectations.  Good knowledge of product application, usage, and customer industries.  Honest, soft-spoken, and relationship-oriented personality.
