We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager who will be responsible for developing sales strategies, building strong customer relationships, and achieving sales targets. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in B2B medical equipment/furniture sales and a proven ability to lead a team, generate leads, and convert opportunities into business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to expand the customer base.
  • Generate new leads through market research, client visits, and networking.
  • Manage and nurture relationships with hospitals, healthcare institutions, and distributors.
  • Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to maximize performance.
  • Prepare and present sales forecasts, budgets, and performance reports to management.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • 2–3 years of proven sales experience in hospital furniture, medical equipment, or related industries.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Self-motivated, result-driven, and able to work under pressure.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
