Rathi Associates is looking for Accountant

Rathi Associates is a well-known firm in the field of Architecture and Interior design. Started in 1976, it has to its credit successful execution of several major projects across many important cities in India including Bangalore. It is supported by a strong experienced team and undertakes projects both in the field of Architecture as well as Interior design in various segments including Residential, Commercial, and Corporate and Real estate development.

We are looking for talented and motivated professionals for Accounts team. We value creativity, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work well in a team.

Key responsibility included:

Responsible to provide us with accurate quantitative information on financial position, liquidity and cash flows of our business, while ensuring we are compliant with all tax, audit and finance related regulations.

Profile:

Preparation of financial reports such as profit and loss A/c, Balance Sheet and cash flow statements with commentary and follow up actions as required.

Preparation of monthly and quarterly accounts, including co-ordination of all schedules, reconciliations and reporting for review.

Coordination of internal & external audit ensure all audit issues are addressed appropriately.

Responsible for general ledger, tax and statutory reporting. Ensure all management reporting, tax & regulatory filing is timely and accurately completed.

Timely review monthly reconciliation of Bank, Vendors, Customers and General Ledgers. Ensure all Accrual entries, Provisioning and other adjustment entries related to closure of books.

Take good control of the accounting, including bank accounts, accrued accounts, prepaid accounts and tax related accounts control.

Preparation of Monthly Payroll and Reconciliation of related Ledgers and Schedules.

Working with external auditors to get satisfactory and timely completion of all audits

Timely submission of Reports and Implementation and Execution of Policies set by management.

Maintaining day-to-day Accounts in Tally.

Bank Transactions & Reconciliation.

Statutory, PT Calculations, Payment & Return filing.

Bills processing & Payments.

Income Tax Returns Filing.

GST Process, Calculations, Payments & Returns Filing.

Preparing Invoices, Checking suppliers and service provider's bills.

TDS Calculations & Return Filing.

Receivables and Payables

Skills:

Good understanding of Accounts, audit and tax laws.

Qualification:

Min B. Com (above 60%)

Experience:

We are looking for a candidate with relevant experience 3 -5 years' experience.

Age below 45 years

Pay: ₹30, ₹40,000.00 per month
