**Duties and Responsibilities include the following**:

- Responsible for maintaining Vendor Master Data in ERP and updating changes if any after proper approvals.
- Ensure timely and accurate accounting of vendor invoices.
- Responsible for verifying and accounting employee expense reimbursements.
- Ensure vendor payments and employee expense claims are paid as per the agreed terms.
- Ascertain that invoice approvals are in accordance with the company’s Delegation of Authority.
- Analyze invoice exceptions, reconcile and resolve invoice blocks, identify and clearly communicate actions required to be performed by business personnel in order to drive resolution.
- Maintain Professional and effective communication with vendors and employees in handling queries and discrepancies.
- Focal Point for requests from vendors and employees regarding payments.
- Assisting in various periodical statutory compliance requirements.
- Assisting in annual tax audits, internal audits and external audits.
- Assisting in the month end closure and reporting process.
- Identify opportunities to improve the efficiency of overall finance and accounting function and address areas for improvement to the local accounting processes.
- Implementing the company’s accounting procedure & policies to adopt best practice in maintaining books of accounts.

**Knowledge & Skills/ Business Acumen/ Education & Experience**:

- Any Graduation / Post Graduation in Commerce.
- Previous experience of 2‐4 Years in Account Payable, Dispute Management, and vendor facing role.
- Strong ability to communicate internally and externally.
- Typing skills (preferably completed typing junior certification).
- Strong ability to take initiative and self‐ start when necessary.
- Proven ability to develop new ideas and creative solutions.
- Proven ability to work successfully in an ambiguous environment.
- Proven ability to meet tight deadlines and prioritize workload.
- Fluency in Microsoft Excel is a must.
