Job Overview:

We are hiring experienced US IT Recruiters with strong hands-on exposure to hiring for the Tech Mahindra (TechM) account. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of TechM hiring processes, job structures, rate cards, compliance requirements. You will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment for IT roles, ensuring high-quality candidate delivery within stipulated timelines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for US IT requirements.
  • Source candidates through job portals (LinkedIn, Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder).
  • Screen candidates with good experience, technical knowledge, communication skills.
  • Strong understanding of IT skills across cloud, development, testing, infra, data, networking, and emerging technologies.
  • Negotiate pay rates with candidates and ensure alignment with client budget.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment within defined timelines.

Required skills and Experience:

  • 3-6 years of proven US IT recruitment experience, with mandatory exposure to Tech Mahindra (TechM) hiring.
  • Strong experience in sourcing IT talents for contract, contract-to-hire, and full-time roles.
  • Experience on W2, C2C hiring models.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proficiency with Applicant tracking system. (ATS)

Location- Western Dallas Centre, Knowledge City, Madhapur, Hyderabad.
