Job Summary

We are seeking qualified candidates for the position of Sales and Marketing Manager based at our Mangalore office for our properties located in Mangaluru and Karwar. The Karwar project is an eco-adventure resort located 9 km south of the Goa, border in Hankon, Karwar City and the Mangaluru project is Watersports Center/banquet hall located in Mangalore City.

What You'll Do (including, but not limited to):

Attract new customers and guests through active social meda and online marketing, customer acquisition, and adding value to the vacation experience of our guests.

  • Also to build & maintain strong relationships with Clients, Travel Agencies, Events Planners, Corporates and Hotel Sales.
  • Identify potential customers. create and close new business opportunities in line with the strategic direction of the company..
  • Make inspiring sales presentations to prospective customers.
  • Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitors' activities.
  • Work closely with the Resort team to develop promotional material & campaigns to support sales initiatives.
  • Negotiation and Contract agreement finalization
  • Be the Sales and Marketing face of J R Paradise Adventure Resort Pvt. Ltd. to our customers and guests.

Familiar with online marketing and social media marketing is essential.

Qualifications and Skills

Bachelor's degree from a 3-year, accredited university or college. A combination of education and commensurate experience may be considered.

1 plus years of marketing and sales experience in the hospitality industry.

Excellent skills in Microsoft Office applications, and other web based applications including email, social media marketing, and OTA management.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20, ₹25,000.00 per month
