Key Responsibilities

  • Proactively market and place bench consultants (H1B, OPT, CPT, GC, USC, etc.) by aligning them with suitable client requirements.
  • Post resumes on major job portals such as Dice, LinkedIn, and Indeed, and regularly broadcast consultant profiles to vendors and clients.
  • Submit consultants to open roles, track progress, and ensure consistent follow-ups for timely placement.
  • Prepare consultants for interviews (vendor and end-client) and provide the necessary guidance for successful closures.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors, and consultants to ensure long-term engagement and satisfaction.
  • Address consultant queries, monitor performance during projects, and support smooth onboarding.
  • Expand the vendor network by identifying new potential vendors and nurturing relationships.
  • Collaborate with the internal recruiting team and contribute to fulfilling direct client requirements when needed.

Preferred candidate profile

  • 4+ years of experience in Bench Sales/IT Staffing with proven expertise in U.S. staffing processes.
  • Strong track record of successfully marketing consultants and securing quick project placements.
  • Solid knowledge of U.S. work authorizations, visa types, and tax terms.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
  • Hands-on experience with job portals, vendor networks, and CRM/ATS systems.
  • Ability to multitask, manage priorities, and perform in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
