Senior Executive

About the Role: 

The Senior Executive for OT Stores at Hinduja Hospital is responsible for  the inventory and supplies related to the OT Stores. This role involves managing the stores process to ensure that all necessary materials are available for surgeries and other procedures. You will be tasked with maintaining accurate records of stock levels and liaising with staff to address any supply concerns effectively.

The team consists of professionals with diverse expertise, working collaboratively to ensure the smooth running of OT supplies. You are Responsible for: 

- Managing the inventory of surgical supplies and medicines within the OT stores. 

- Conducting regular stock audits to ensure accurate inventory levels. 

- Coordinating with purchase department, vendors and suppliers to procure high-quality materials timely. 

- Ensuring compliance with hospital policies and regulatory standards in the handling and storage of supplies. 

- Assisting in the development and implementation of best practices for inventory management.

To succeed in this role – you should have the following: 

- A strong background in supply chain management or a related field, preferably in a OT Stores, healthcare Industry. 

- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills to handle the fast-paced environment of an operating theater. 

- Effective communication skills to collaborate with various departments and external suppliers. 

- A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to adapt to changing priorities. 

- Familiarity with inventory management software and basic financial acumen to manage budgets effectively.
