We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Team Leader to manage and mentor an in-house team of 10+ members. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in handling teams, preferably in IT Services, Digital Marketing, or B2B portals like IndiaMART/Justdial. The role requires strong leadership, process management, and performance-driven skills to ensure business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of 10+ members to achieve individual and team targets.
- Monitor daily operations and ensure timely completion of tasks.
- Drive productivity, performance, and motivation within the team.
- Allocate tasks, track performance, and provide regular feedback.
- Develop strategies to meet client/business objectives.
- Ensure team members adhere to company policies and processes.
- Handle escalations and resolve conflicts effectively.
- Conduct regular team meetings and training sessions.
- Prepare and present team performance reports to management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional departments (Sales, Marketing, Operations, HR) for smooth workflow.
Key Skills & Competencies:
- Proven team management experience (at least 3 years).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to motivate and guide the team towards achieving goals.
- Analytical and problem-solving mindset.
- Knowledge of IT/Digital Marketing processes will be an added advantage.
- Target-oriented with strong reporting and organizational skills.
Qualifications:
- Graduate/Post Graduate in any discipline (MBA preferred but not mandatory).
- Minimum 3 years of experience in team handling.
- Experience in IndiaMART, Justdial, IT, or Digital Marketing industry preferred.
