Job summary:

The Jr. SFMC Campaign Specialist will deliver hands-on expertise with OCE-Digital and SFMC applications. Main responsibility is to build and execute Multichannel Campaigns based on the OCE-Marketing/SFMC suite and support the Multichannel Campaign Partners on relevant features/functionalities and campaign flows when building campaigns to ensure the best possible customer experience across selected touchpoints of the customer journey.

Role & responsibilities

  • Building & executing multichannel/digital campaigns based on OCE-Marketing and SFMC suite of features and functionalities. Collect relevant data for campaign analysis and reporting to markets.
  • Stakeholder management: close collaboration with relevant stakeholders to ensure efficient set-up and execution of multichannel campaigns, according to the agreed campaign touchpoint, content and timeline.

Master local data model: build data extensions and create relevant segments, perform routine database tests to manage the health of the database

Main job tasks:

Building & executing multichannel campaigns

  • Building & executing timely multichannel campaigns in OCE-Marketing/SFMC;

  • Translate sales/marketing requirements to functional marketing automation campaigns

  • Utilisation of relevant features/functionalities such as data studio, automation studio and Journey Builder to build successful campaigns

  • Collect relevant data for campaign analysis to local affiliates.

  • Provide recommendations for improved journey logic and campaign flows based on input from Campaign Project Managers to increase overall customer experience across the customer journey

Stakeholder management:

  • Secure close collaboration with Campaign Project Managers and Content Hub Partner (in-house production partner)
  • Develop and oversee standardized daily operating procedures to support marketing and sales efforts.

Master local data model:

  • Build data extensions and create relevant segments
  • Perform routine database tests to manage the health of the database
  • Personalization using AMPscript

Multichannel execution subject matter expert

  • Have a solid understanding of and experience with Salesforce suite + functionalities to build highly relevant and engaging Multichannel campaigns through all steps of the customer journey
  • Understand general concepts of marketing automation and multichannel execution to be able to advise and understand execution briefs from the Multichannel Campaign Partners
