Job Summary:

Quadrantech is looking for a detail-oriented
SFMC QA Specialist
to ensure the quality and accuracy of marketing campaigns, automations, and data flows in Salesforce Marketing Cloud. This role will validate integrations with Salesforce Financial Services Cloud (FSC), perform end-to-end QA, and maintain high standards for data integrity and campaign performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Campaign QA:
    Test email templates, journeys, automation, and personalization logic before launch.
  • Data & Integration Testing:
    Validate data synchronization between SFMC and Salesforce FSC.
  • Journey & Automation QA:
    Test entry/exit criteria, paths, and triggers for real-time campaigns.
  • Regression & UAT Testing:
    Maintain test suites, support UAT, and ensure defect resolution.
  • Compliance & Deliverability:
    Validate unsubscribe links, suppression lists, and regulatory compliance.
  • Documentation:
    Maintain detailed QA reports, test cases, and defect logs.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration:
    Work with developers, marketers, and data engineers for smooth execution.

Required Qualifications:

  • SFMC Tools:
    Hands-on with Email Studio, Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Contact Builder.
  • Testing Skills:
    Experience in functional, regression, and UAT testing.
  • Data Skills:
    Strong SQL skills for validating data segmentation and campaign targeting.
  • Salesforce FSC Knowledge:
    Understanding of objects, data flows, and integration points with SFMC.
  • QA Tools:
    Familiarity with Jira, TestRail, or other test management systems.
  • Soft Skills:
    High attention to detail, strong communication, and documentation skills.

  • Salesforce Certified Marketing Cloud Email Specialist
  • Salesforce Administrator / Salesforce FSC knowledge
