At Thermo Fisher Scientific, your work will have a lasting impact on the industry.A Day In The LifeDevelop and execute the annual marketing strategy and campaign plans aligned with business goals in the Pharma/Biopharma segment.Lead new product introductions — including market positioning, launch planning, sales enablement, and post-launch performance tracking.Drive demand generation through integrated marketing programs, digital campaigns, events, and KOL engagement.Gather market and customer insights to identify growth opportunities, refine messaging, and guide portfolio priorities.Collaborate closely with sales, product management, and regional/global marketing teams to ensure alignment and execution excellence.Manage marketing budgets, track ROI, and report key performance metrics to leadership.Keys To SuccessOur ideal candidate is exceptionally driven, with a proven ability to excel in a fast-paced environment. Collaboration and critical thinking are essential for success in this role.EducationBachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field or equivalent experience required.ExperienceMinimum of 7 years in a marketing role, preferably within the pharma/biopharma sectorProven track record in developing and implementing marketing strategiesStrong background in market analysis and competitive intelligenceKnowledge, Skills, AbilitiesDeep understanding of pharma/biopharma industry dynamicsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work strictly within deadlines and manage multiple projectsPhysical Requirements / Work EnvironmentPrimarily office-based with occasional travel required to client sites and industry events.
