Job Title: Telecaller – Loan Department Job Location: [Agra ] Job Summary:
A Telecaller in the Loan Department is responsible for contacting potential customers over the phone, promoting loan products, collecting customer information, answering queries, and assisting in the loan application process to generate leads and support the sales team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential customers from the provided database.
- Promote various loan products (Personal Loan, Business Loan, Home Loan, etc.).
- Explain loan features, eligibility criteria, interest rates, and application process clearly to customers.
- Answer customer queries about loan products and services in a professional manner.
- Collect and verify customer details (KYC documents, income proof, etc.).
- Schedule appointments for field sales agents or loan officers.
- Follow up regularly with prospects to ensure the lead progresses through the loan application process.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, customer interactions, and lead status in the CRM system.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly lead generation and conversion targets.
- Provide excellent customer service and maintain positive relationships with customers.
Requirements:
- Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate
- Good communication skills (English/Hindi).
- Basic knowledge of financial products and loans is a plus.
- Computer knowledge (MS Office, Internet).
- Positive attitude and target-driven approach.
- Previous experience in telecalling, especially in the financial sector, is preferred.

Pay: ₹7, ₹10,000.00 per month
