**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote products or services
- Handle incoming inquiries and resolve customer queries effectively
- Maintain a follow-up list and call potential leads as per schedule
- Update call records and maintain accurate information in CRM or Excel
- Coordinate with the sales or support team for smooth conversion
- Meet daily and monthly calling targets

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 1 year of experience in telecalling or customer support
- Excellent verbal communication and convincing skills
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel / CRM tools
- Ability to handle pressure and meet call targets
- Positive attitude and good listening skills
