Job Description:

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls to provide information about Airgo Academy's courses and services.
  • Counsel potential students, address queries, and guide them through the enrolment process.
  • Maintain accurate records of calls and follow-ups in the CRM system.
  • Achieve weekly/monthly admission targets through effective communication.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to generate leads and conversions.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Prior telecalling or customer service experience preferred.
  • Basic computer knowledge and CRM familiarity.
  • Target-driven with a persuasive approach.
  • Female candidates preferred (as per company policy).

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹8, ₹11,350.00 per month
