We are hiring Non-IT Recruiter to support our Fortune 500 clients in the APAC countries who will be responsible for sourcing, screening, evaluating candidates for further submissions to their team leads for various open roles for their clients they are supporting across various skills. This role involves building a strong pipeline of candidates after understanding the job requirements, analyzing the fitment of prospective candidates in terms of their areas of interest, experience, eligibility, location etc.

Location: Noida, Sector-63

Shift Timings: 7:300 AM to 4:30 PM IST

Work Mode: Onsite

Eligibility Criteria:

  • 1-3 years of strong experience in Non-IT & Infra positions for APAC clients.
  • Screen candidates by reviewing resumes and job applications, and performing phone screenings
  • Source candidates using a variety of search methods to build a robust candidate pipeline
  • Content-driven professionals who can speak with the candidates at length and brand the organization, sell the opportunity well.
  • Expertise with an ability to understand and explain job requirements.
  • Solid knowledge of sourcing techniques.
  • Should have excellent convincing skills and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to deliver results and handle the pressure and strong hunger for quality.
  • Facilitate the offer process by extending the offer and negotiating employment terms

Requirement:

  • Conduct job and task analyses to document job duties and requirements.
  • Keep up to date with new recruitment trends for non-IT.
  • Craft and send personalized recruiting emails with current job openings to passive candidates
  • Parse specialized skills and qualifications to screen resumes.
  • Perform pre-screening calls to analyze applicants abilities.
  • Interview candidates combining various methods (e.g. structured interviews, technical assessments, and behavioral questions).
  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and resume databases.
  • Stay updated with current hiring trends and market insights within the APAC region.
