Role Description
The Human Resources Manager will oversee and manage HR operations and strategies in alignment with company goals. Responsibilities include recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training, payroll processing, compliance with labor laws, and fostering a positive workplace culture. The role also involves developing HR policies, managing conflict resolution, and providing guidance to management on HR-related issues. This is a full-time, on-site position located in New Delhi.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of recruitment, onboarding, and workforce planning
- Expertise in employee relations, performance management, and conflict resolution
- Familiarity with HR policies, compliance, and labor law practices . Should be aware of generation if esi pf challan
- Proficiency in payroll management and training & development strategies
- Effective communication, leadership, and organizational skills
- Ability to handle confidential information and prioritize tasks efficiently
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources
- Prior experience in an HR management role is preferred
