GG Wastech Pvt. Ltd. is a Raipur-based waste management company working towards Zero Waste Living. We specialize in processing municipal waste, biomining, and supplying Refuse Derived Fuel (RDF) to cement industries.

Job Description – Site Incharge (Biomining Site, Jamshedpur)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage all daily operations at the biomining site.
  • Supervise manpower, machinery, and logistics to ensure smooth functioning.
  • Monitor waste segregation, processing, and dispatch activities.
  • Maintain safety, discipline, and cleanliness at the site.
  • Prepare and send daily work reports to the Head Office.
  • Coordinate with local authorities and the Wastech management team.
  • Achieve daily productivity and quality targets.

Requirements:

  • Graduate/Diploma in Environmental Science, Civil, Mechanical, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in waste management, biomining, or site operations preferred.
  • Good leadership, communication, and reporting skills.
  • Basic computer knowledge (Excel, Word, email).

Salary: ₹22,000 – ₹30,000 per month (depending on experience and interview performance).
