Qualification and experience : B.E / B.Tech, MCA - with 2+ years of Experience / Bsc, BCA,3-year diploma with 4+ years' experience

**Job Profile**:

- Hands on experience in Maintaining computer systems on Windows OS & Peripheral devices
- Good knowledge on configuration of PC (Windows), Printer, Scanner and other devices used in daily operations
- Installation of OS and other windows utility S/Ws
- Knowledge of N/W & Links
- Report to the IT Regional Head for IT Operations.
- Coordinate with Central Operations Team at TCS for any issue, process, and other compliance.
- Be a single point of contact at location to resolve IT issues to ensure continuity of services as per SLAs
- Responsible for IT process and SLA compliances at the Distributed site
- Monitor and Resolve Issue of Server, PC ( Windows and Linux ) and attached peripheral devices
- Creation & Installation of SOE on desktops
- Monitor and Resolve Issues of N/W and Links
- Coordinate with vendors to solve issues in the hardware devices

**CTC Offered : 2.5 to 3.0 LPA**

**Salary**: ₹25,900.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
