**Key Responsibilities**:
1. Oversee and manage the daily operations of the site, specifically focused on Wire Rod Mill and Bar Mill units.

2. Ensure production targets are met as per quality, quantity, and timeline expectations.

3. Supervise all technical and operational activities related to rolling, processing, and handling of wire rods and bars.

4. Coordinate with Maintenance, Quality Control, and Safety departments to ensure smooth functioning.

5. Manpower optimization and zero over stay.

6. Ensure preventive and breakdown maintenance activities are executed timely and efficient.

7. Maintain all production and operational records; ensure accurate reporting and data analysis.

8. Implement and maintain compliance with ISO, TPM, and other plant-related systems.

9. Ensure adherence to safety and environmental protocols across the site.

10. Liaise with clients, vendors, and higher management for operations-related matters.

11. Lead, train, and motivate a team of supervisors and operators for optimal performance.

**Requirement: -**
- Minimum 5 years
- JNTVTI Certified
- WRM & Bar Mill experienced

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
