Role Overview

We're looking for a Social Media Manager with 1+ years of experience to handle end-to-end social media strategy and execution. This role requires creativity, performance marketing knowledge, and the ability to write engaging copy for posts and reels.

Responsibilities

* Plan, execute, and manage content calendars across platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube, etc.)

* Run and optimize paid ad campaigns (Meta, Google, LinkedIn Ads)

* Write captions, ad copy, and script ideas for reels and videos

* Track and analyze campaign performance metrics (CTR, ROAS, CPC, etc.)

* Stay updated with the latest platform trends, tools, and features

* Coordinate with the design and video teams to ensure brand consistency

* Handle community engagement and monitor brand presence online

* Present campaign performance reports with insights and recommendations

Requirements

* Minimum 1 year of experience in social media marketing and ads management

* Strong knowledge of PPC campaigns, performance marketing, and analytics

* Excellent copywriting skills for static creatives, ads, and reels

* Creativity to adapt content based on current trends and audience behavior

* Proficiency in Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and basic analytics tools

* Strong communication and time management skills

* Ability to work cross-functionally with creative and strategy teams
