to lead our paid media and performance channels with precision, creativity, and strategy.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Plan, execute, and optimise campaigns across
    Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other digital advertising platforms
    .
  • Develop and manage performance-driven strategies for
    customer acquisition, engagement, and retention
    .
  • Develop and execute
    email marketing campaigns
    , nurturing loyal clientele while reaching new audiences.
  • Track, analyze, and report on
    campaign performance
    with actionable insights.
  • Stay ahead of
    emerging digital trends, platforms, and software
    , ensuring the brand remains future-forward.
  • Drive
    SEO initiatives
    to enhance visibility, rankings, and organic reach.
  • Analyse campaign performance, prepare actionable reports, and ensure
    high ROI across digital spends
    .
  • Collaborate with creative and content teams to align messaging with brand storytelling.
  • Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.

Requirements

  • 2–3 years of proven experience
    in digital marketing with a focus on paid media (Google & Meta).
  • Strong understanding of
    SEO, SEM, and performance marketing metrics
    .
  • Analytical mindset with ability to translate data into growth strategies.
  • Prior experience in luxury, fashion, or lifestyle brands is a plus.
  • Full-time,
    on-site role based in Chembur, Mumbai
