Job Description:

We are looking for a highly dedicated and proactive fresher to join our Application Support team for a SaaS-based product. The ideal candidate should have strong problem-solving skills, excellent written and verbal communication, be flexible with rotational shifts, and eager to learn product workflows. The candidate must strictly follow defined processes and Service Level Agreements (SLAs). In this role, you will be responsible for monitoring, troubleshooting, and resolving application-related issues while ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities:


• Monitor application performance and respond to incidents in a timely manner.


• Troubleshoot and resolve basic technical issues with guidance.


• Assist in identifying root causes and implementing preventive measures.


• Coordinate with internal teams to escalate issues when needed.


• Document issues, solutions, and standard operating procedures.


• Perform routine checks and ensure system availability during assigned shifts.


• Strictly adhere to the established processes and defined SLAs.


• Continuously learn and stay updated with application workflows and support processes.

Requirements:


• Any Bachelors degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (or equivalent knowledge).


• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.


• Proactive, dedicated, and willing to learn.


• Flexible to work in rotational shifts (including nights/weekends if required).


• Good communication and interpersonal skills.


• Ability to perform research, analyze issues, and propose potential solutions.
