Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and target-oriented Inside Sales Executive who can support our business development efforts by identifying leads, nurturing prospects, and coordinating sales activities from our Gurgaon office. The ideal candidate must have a solid understanding of freight forwarding and logistics and strong communication skills to connect with prospective clients.

Key Responsibilities
•Generate and qualify leads via calls, emails, LinkedIn, and CRM tools.
•Follow up on inbound inquiries and set up meetings for the field sales team.
•Understand client needs and provide relevant logistics solutions.
•Coordinate with pricing and operations teams to prepare quotes and proposals.
•Maintain and update the sales pipeline regularly using CRM tools.
•Work closely with Sales Managers to support closures and conversions.
•Achieve weekly/monthly targets for lead conversion and outreach activity.

Key Requirements
•Graduate in any stream (preferably with a background in logistics/supply chain).
•3 to 5 years of experience in Inside Sales, preferably in freight forwarding/logistics.
•Strong communication and persuasion skills (written and verbal).
•Knowledge of international shipping, CHA, or warehousing is an added advantage.
•Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools.
•Goal-oriented and capable of handling pressure in a fast-paced environment.
