We're Hiring – Inside Sales Executive (Gurgaon City Mall)

Location: Gurgaon, Haryana

Salary: Up to ₹25,000 CTC per month

Employment Type: Full-time

About the Role:

We are looking for an energetic and persuasive Inside Sales Executive to join our team at Gurgaon City Mall. You will be responsible for engaging with walk-in customers, explaining product/service offerings, and closing sales to meet targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with mall visitors and pitch products/services
  • Understand customer needs and recommend suitable solutions
  • Achieve monthly sales targets
  • Maintain customer records and follow-up effectively
  • Coordinate with the team for smooth operations

Requirements:

  • Minimum 6 months of sales/tele-sales/inside sales experience (Freshers with good communication skills can apply)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Target-driven and self-motivated
  • Immediate joiners preferred

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15, ₹22,692.43 per month
