Urgent opening for QA Lead- Automation Testing

Location - Salem (Work from Office only)

Key Responsibilities

Automation & Testing Strategy

  • Architect and maintain scalable automation frameworks using Selenium, Java, and TestNG/Cucumber.
  • Drive automation across UI, API, and backend systems.
  • Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps or Jenkins.

Performance & Reliability Engineering

  • Lead performance testing using JMeter.
  • Analyze system bottlenecks, database/query issues and collaborate with engineering teams to optimize performance.

DevOps & Cloud Integration

  • Use Docker for containerized test environments and reproducible test setups.
  • Manage test infrastructure on Cloud Platform (AWS or Azure).
  • Collaborate with DevOps teams to ensure seamless test environment provisioning and deployment.

Quality Governance & Compliance

  • Define and enforce QA standards, processes, and metrics across teams.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and internal quality benchmarks.
  • Oversee defect management, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Leadership & Collaboration

  • Lead and mentor a team of QA engineers and automation specialists.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including development, product, and operations.
  • Communicate quality goals and progress to senior leadership and stakeholders.

Healthcare RCM (Preferred)

  • Validate workflows and data integrity in healthcare applications.
  • Understand RCM processes such as claims, billing, and coding.
