Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to join our team and drive the growth of our ERP solutions across the South Region. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in B2B sales, with a focus on selling ERP software solutions or similar technology. This position involves both remote work and regular travel throughout the South Region to engage with prospects and clients. Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Leadership: Lead the sales process from prospecting to closing, with a focus on growing the customer base for ERP solutions across the South Region.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, understanding their business needs to tailor ERP solutions accordingly.
- Market Expansion: Identify new business opportunities within the region and develop strategies to increase market penetration.
- Sales Strategy: Develop and execute effective sales strategies to meet and exceed regional sales targets and KPIs.
- Travel: Regular travel throughout the South Region to meet clients, attend trade shows, and engage in face-to-face presentations.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, support, and product teams to ensure alignment and seamless delivery of ERP solutions.
- Product Knowledge: Stay up to date on ERP software products, industry trends, and competitor offerings to maintain a competitive edge in sales conversations.
- Sales Reporting: Provide accurate and timely reporting on sales activities, forecasts, and performance metrics to senior management.
Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years in sales, with a proven record of success in selling ERP systems or similar enterprise-level software solutions.
- Regional Travel: Must be willing to travel frequently within the South Region.
- Strong Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present and negotiate effectively.
- Self-Starter: Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and take initiative to drive sales results.
- Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with ERP software solutions and the ability to learn and understand new technologies quickly.
- Team-Oriented: Strong collaboration skills, with the ability to work across departments to meet client needs and company goals.
