Job Title: Team Lead Property Scouting (Remote Broker Activation & Deal Closure)

Location: Remote/HO | Function: Central Expansion | Reports To: Property Head – India

Role Overview

We are looking for a business-first, growth-driven leader to manage a team of 3–4 Executives focused on virtual market research, broker activation, and property scouting. This leader should bring a mix of deal-making mindset, team enablement, and executional excellence—especially in ambiguous, fast-paced environments.

You'll be responsible for mentoring the team, simplifying processes, ensuring consistency in lead generation and closure, and helping the team negotiate and close with brokers remotely for new store rollouts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and drive property scouting output across multiple markets, working via virtual outreach.
  • Lead, coach, and motivate a team of 3–4 Property Executives focused on outbound calling, property evaluation, and broker network building.
  • Provide structure and clarity where processes are evolving—create SOPs, daily rituals, and productivity benchmarks.
  • Support the team in evaluating high-potential leads, refining broker pitches, and closing deals faster.
  • Work directly with the BD/Expansion team to ensure scouting efforts align with regional targets and rollout velocity.
  • Step in for escalations with brokers or site stakeholders where senior negotiation is needed.
  • Monitor lead quality, broker responsiveness, and team calling metrics through dashboards and trackers.
  • Share weekly reporting on output metrics (calls made, leads qualified, deals closed, funnel quality).
  • Onboard and train new team members, and constantly improve the scouting playbook.

What You Bring

  • 4–7 years of experience in real estate transactions, inside sales, or retail expansion roles, with at least 1–2 years in a team leadership capacity.
  • Proven success in remote deal closure, broker negotiations, or sales through inside teams.
  • Strong team leadership traits—can simplify ambiguity, drive clarity, and energize execution.
  • Business sense to prioritize good catchments, push closures, and guide the team to focus on high-ROI deals.
  • Solid communication (English and Hindi), comfort with tools (Google Sheets/Excel, CRM dashboards).
  • Experience in retail brands, real estate brokerage firms, or growth-stage sales teams is a plus.
