**Job Opportunity: Property Scouts**

We’re looking for Property Scouts to help us find great properties to buy, lease, or invest in. The focus is on residential properties in Delhi and commercial properties in the Delhi NCR region. In this role, you’ll search for properties, talk to property owners, and gather key information. If you enjoy exploring neighborhoods, doing research, and meeting people, this could be the perfect job for you

**What You’ll Do**
- Drive or walk through neighborhoods to find vacant, distressed, or underused properties.
- Build and maintain a network of property owners, developers, and local contacts to discover off-market properties.
- Collect property details, including location, size, condition, and ownership information.
- Take photos and videos of properties.
- Coordinate with property owners to arrange visits.

**Qualifications**
- **Education**: High school diploma or equivalent.
- **Experience**: Experience in property scouting, real estate, or market research in South Delhi.
- **Skills**:

- Strong knowledge of neighborhoods and the local property market.
- Excellent research, analytical, and observational abilities.
- Good communication and networking skills.
- Self-motivated with good organizational and time management.

**Benefits**
- Competitive salary with bonuses or commissions based on performance.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
