Job Title: IT Engineer Service Desk
We are looking for a Technical Support Specialist to join our team and provide timely, high-quality assistance to our internal teams or external business partners. You will diagnose and troubleshoot software issues, guide partners through step-by-step solutions, and ensure prompt resolution to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction. You will also be required to contribute to the Knowledge Base.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to business partner queries in a timely and accurate manner via phone, email.
- Identify, diagnose, and resolve technical issues related to applications and APIs.
- Walk customers through troubleshooting steps and provide clear, user-friendly guidance.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate internal teams when necessary.
- Document technical issues and solutions in ticketing systems or knowledge bases.
- Monitor and track issues to ensure accurate and timely resolution.
- Collaborate with developers, system administrators, or other technical staff as required.
- Stay up to date with product knowledge, system changes, and support policies.
