We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Assistant Manager to join Wine Enterprises Pvt. Ltd. The ideal candidate will support daily operations, manage staff, ensure customer satisfaction, and contribute to the overall growth of the business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in overseeing daily operations of the store/office.
  • Supervise, train, and motivate staff to achieve sales and service targets.
  • Monitor inventory, stock levels, and coordinate with suppliers.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, legal guidelines, and industry standards.
  • Handle customer queries and resolve complaints effectively.
  • Support in developing sales strategies and marketing initiatives.
  • Maintain records of sales, expenses, and staff performance.
  • Report to the Manager/Director and assist in decision-making.
  • Ensure smooth workflow and maintain a positive work environment.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration/Management or equivalent.
  • 2–4 years of experience in a supervisory or managerial role (preferably in retail, hospitality, or beverage industry).
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of wine & liquor industry will be an added advantage.
  • Ability to multitask, handle pressure, and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and basic reporting tools.
