A Sales Manager - Business Development is responsible for helping organizations obtain better brand recognition and financial growth. They coordinate with the Government Department for the company's product line and sales & marketing professionals to review current market trends in order to propose new business ideas.

This is a full-time on-site role for a Manager Sales located in Delhi/Bhopal. The Sales Manager will be responsible for providing technical support to customers, engaging in sales engineering activities, and demonstrating effective communication skills. The role involves collaborating with the sales team, identifying customer needs, providing product demonstrations, and delivering technical presentations to clients.

  • Familiar with the Aerospace & defence ecosystem.
  • Identify appropriate prospects, set appointments, make effective qualifying sales calls, and manage sales cycle to close new business in all product categories offered within specified timelines.
  • Job role required developing and implementing account plans of Strategic customers with actions and timeliness to achieve defined sales objectives.
  • Ability to engage and build strong relationships with all stake holders Sound knowledge of Security Electronics Devices.
  • Discuss proposals with clients
  • Write specifications and technical reports.

  • Review and tracking of RFP and RFI being issued by Defence and Government.
  • RFPs and RFIs responses, Presales and post sales, proposal management, Budgetary quotation to clients.
  • Working with the team to prepare & to submit, timely responses of Request for Proposal (RFP), Request for Information (RFI), Technical Evaluation Document.
  • Technical presentations and demonstrations.
  • Exposure of Technical Demonstration of Product to Defence Clients, Government Clients, PSUs.
  • Represent the organization at trade exhibitions, events and demonstrations

Requirements and Skills:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.

  2. Technical Sales and Sales Engineering skills.

  3. Technical Support and Communication skills Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.

  4. Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills.

  5. Previous experience in sales or customer service.

  6. Knowledge of relevant industry products and technologies.

  7. Effective in Managing High Pressure and Dynamic Situation.

  8. Willing to Travel extensively

  9. Pleasing Personality.

10.Proficiency in MS Office and advanced technical knowledge.
