Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Accountant with 3 to 5 years of experience in client handling, located in Bengaluru. The Senior Accountant will be responsible for managing and overseeing the daily operations of the accounting department, preparing financial reports, maintaining accurate financial records, ensuring compliance with accounting standards, and handling client interactions. Additional responsibilities include managing accounts payable and receivable, performing reconciliations, and supporting the month-end and year-end close process.

Qualifications

  • Experience in accounting, accounts payable, and accounts receivable
  • Skills in financial reporting, reconciliations, and maintaining accurate financial records
  • Proficiency in handling client interactions and ensuring compliance with accounting standards
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
  • Additional certifications such as CPA or CMA are a plus
