About the Role:

Epiq is seeking a motivated Associate Project Manager to join our Client Services Global Resourcing Team, supporting North America clients from India. This is a critical role focused on ensuring seamless client service through proactive project management, coordination, and execution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure high-quality service delivery by monitoring client and project requirements, communicating routinely with both clients and internal teams.
  • Translate client requirements into operational work requests, track progress, and provide timely updates to stakeholders.
  • Prepare and examine client data for intake, assist in troubleshooting, and resolve issues with delivered or hosted data.
  • Manage review platform tasks (Relativity/DMX) including database management, user requests, creation of layouts/views/fields/choices/highlighting, batch set management, STR execution, and reporting.
  • Provide matter-specific support for privilege logs, media tracking, and project-specific reporting.
  • Understand project budgets and obtain necessary approvals before incurring additional costs.
  • Maintain continuity of client service between shifts through effective handoffs and updates.
  • Participate in process improvement initiatives to standardize and enhance the client experience.
  • Oversee all aspects of projects from planning to final production, ensuring deadlines and client expectations are consistently met.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • Minimum 4+ years in eDiscovery client services or operations.
  • Hands-on experience with Relativity; proficiency in Nuix, PowerPoint, Excel, and BI tools is a plus.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills with a client-focused "white glove" approach.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high standards.
  • Client relationship management skills with the ability to anticipate needs and proactively manage expectations.
  • Quick learner with adaptability to changing industry trends.
  • Flexibility to work night shifts and occasionally weekends, aligned with U.S. coverage requirements.
