
Sr. Sales Executive

A sales executive for a water purifier company is responsible for driving sales growth by identifying potential customers, presenting and demonstrating water purifier products, and closing deals. This role involves building relationships with clients, achieving sales targets, and maintaining accurate sales records. The ideal candidate will have strong communication and negotiation skills, be results-oriented, and possess a passion for sales and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
· Lead Generation and Sales:
Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through various channels, including field visits, cold calling, referrals, and online inquiries.
· Product Demonstration and Presentation:
Effectively present and demonstrate water purifier products to potential customers, highlighting their features, benefits, and suitability for their needs.
· Customer Needs Assessment:
Understand customer requirements and recommend appropriate water purifier solutions based on factors like water quality, usage patterns, and budget.
· Sales Closure and Negotiation:
Generate quotes, negotiate pricing, and close sales deals, ensuring customer satisfaction and repeat business.
· Relationship Building:
Build and maintain strong relationships with both residential and commercial clients, as well as with channel partners.
· Sales Target Achievement:
Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets as defined by the company.
· Sales Reporting and Record Keeping:
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and transactions using CRM tools.
· Market Awareness:
Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and new technologies in the water purification industry.
· Customer Service:
Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process and address any customer queries or concerns.
Skills and Qualifications:
· Proven experience in sales, preferably in the water purifier or related industry.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
· Strong negotiation and closing skills.
· Ability to build and maintain customer relationships.
· Results-oriented and self-motivated with a passion for sales.
· Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
· Knowledge of water treatment processes and technologies (preferred).
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Willingness to travel within the designated sales territory
