Key Responsibilities:
- Lead NPD for Machined Components:This involves conceptualizing, designing, and developing new machined parts, ensuring they meet customer needs and specifications.
- Optimize CNC Processes:Works with CNC machines and programming to improve efficiency, accuracy, and cost-effectiveness of machining operations.
- Ensure Quality:Implement and maintain quality control processes, including APQP (Advanced Product Quality Planning), PPAP (Production Part Approval Process), and FMEA (Failure Mode and Effects Analysis).
- Manage Feasibility and Costing:Evaluate the feasibility of new products and processes, and manage costs throughout the development and production lifecycle.
