What you'll do

  • Prospect & meet
    : Visit SMBs and enterprises (field + virtual) to pitch ResultBull, run demos, handle objections, and close registrations.
  • Own the funnel
    : Build pipeline, schedule demos, convert sign-ups, and activate first campaigns.
  • Multi-channel outreach
    : Drive on-ground events, inside sales, WhatsApp/email sequences, and content-led pitches.
  • Account growth
    : Land-and-expand via referrals, upsells, and partner tie-ups.
  • Territory plans & reporting
    : Map accounts, set weekly targets, and share crisp activity & revenue reports.

What you'll bring

  • Experience:
    2–8+ years in B2B sales/BD (SaaS, martech, ads, IT services, or fintech preferred).
  • Demonstration-first selling:
    You're hands-on with product demos, ROI storytelling, and solutioning.
  • Hunter mindset:
    Self-driven, target-oriented, comfortable with field visits and weekly KPIs.
  • Communication:
    Strong English + Hindi (Delhi NCR); local languages add advantage (Tamil/Marathi/Gujarati).
  • Basics:
    Laptop, smartphone; willingness to travel within city/region.

  • BD Executive:
    Owns outreach → demo → registration → activation with monthly targets.
  • BD Manager:
    Everything above
    +
    team leadership, territory planning, review cadence, and partner/agency channels.
