Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic
Sales & Marketing Manager
to lead our business growth initiatives. In this role, you will be responsible for developing strategic sales plans, building strong client relationships, promoting our IT services, and driving revenue through effective marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead sales and marketing operations to achieve business targets
  • Develop and implement result-driven sales strategies and marketing plans
  • Identify new business opportunities and build a strong client pipeline
  • Conduct market research to understand trends, competition, and customer needs
  • Manage client presentations, negotiations, and closing of deals
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery and customer satisfaction
  • Oversee digital marketing activities, branding efforts, and promotional campaigns
  • Track sales performance, prepare reports, and present insights to management
  • Represent the company at events, exhibitions, and client meetings

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
  • Proven experience in sales, marketing, or business development (IT industry preferred)
  • Strong understanding of sales strategies, marketing techniques, and market dynamics
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Ability to build long-term client relationships and deliver consistent results
  • Knowledge of digital marketing, lead generation, and CRM tools
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and strong leadership qualities
  • Relevant certifications in Sales, Marketing, or Digital Marketing are a plus
