
Event Manager – Expo

We are seeking a creative and highly organized Event Manager to plan, coordinate, and execute trade shows, expos, exhibitions, and promotional events for our brand. The ideal candidate will manage everything from conceptualization and booth design to vendor coordination, budgeting, and onsite execution. This role requires strong organizational skills, a keen eye for detail, and experience in event planning for large-scale industry expos.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Event Planning & Strategy
- Plan and execute company participation in trade shows, expos, and industry exhibitions.
- Develop event concepts aligned with marketing and branding goals.
- Create event project timelines, budgets, and resource plans.
2. Booth Design & Branding
- Collaborate with designers and vendors to develop innovative and visually appealing booth layouts.
- Ensure brand consistency in all displays, graphics, and promotional materials.
- Oversee setup, dismantling, and logistics of event spaces.
3. Vendor & Stakeholder Coordination
- Manage relationships with exhibition organizers, vendors, contractors, and suppliers.
- Negotiate contracts for space rentals, booth services, logistics, and marketing collateral.
- Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, product, sales) to align messaging and goals.
4. Logistics & Operations
- Handle shipping, customs clearance, and inventory for event materials.
- Ensure on-time delivery of displays, product samples, and promotional items.
- Supervise onsite staff, schedule booth shifts, and ensure smooth event operations.
5. Marketing & Promotions
- Work closely with marketing teams to create event promotions, campaigns, and lead-generation strategies.
- Coordinate pre- and post-event marketing efforts, including social media coverage.
- Collect leads and customer data to support sales objectives.
6. Post-Event Analysis
- Prepare detailed reports on event performance, leads, and ROI.
- Identify improvement opportunities for future events.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- 2 to 4+ years of experience in event planning, trade shows, or expo management.
- Strong project management, negotiation, and multitasking skills.
- Knowledge of vendor management, logistics, and budgeting.
- Creative mindset with a strong understanding of branding and marketing.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
