Role & responsibilities
1. Office Administration
- Manage day-to-day office operations and ensure a well-maintained work environment.
- Oversee reception, housekeeping, clerical support, and front office staff.
- Handle communication, correspondence, and documentation.
2. Facility & Infrastructure Management
- Ensure proper maintenance of school/office buildings, classrooms, furniture, and other infrastructure.
- Supervise security, transportation, housekeeping, gardening, and canteen services.
- Liaise with vendors and service providers for maintenance and procurement.
3. Procurement & Inventory
- Maintain records of stock (stationery, uniforms, IT assets, cleaning materials, etc.).
- Process purchase requests, quotations, and approvals.
- Ensure cost-effective and timely procurement of materials.
4. Safety & Compliance
- Ensure compliance with safety, fire, and health regulations.
- Coordinate with safety officers and government authorities during inspections.
- Oversee ID card issuance, visitor management, and CCTV monitoring.
5. Event & Logistics Management
- Coordinate logistics for school functions, events, PTMs, and meetings.
- Manage transportation routes, bus schedules, and vehicle maintenance.
- Support HR and academic teams during recruitments, training, and workshops.
6. Staff Supervision & Coordination
- Lead and train admin support staff (housekeeping, drivers, guards, etc.).
- Monitor their attendance, performance, and discipline.
- Ensure high service quality and adherence to institutional standards.
7. Budgeting & Reporting
- Prepare and monitor the administrative budget.
- Maintain records and reports on expenditures, repairs, and resource utilization.
- Provide periodic updates to senior management.
Key Skills Required

- Good communication and leadership skills
- Knowledge of facility management and statutory compliances
- Tech-savvy (MS Office, ERP tools like Darwinbox, etc.)
