Job Title: Chat Support Executive AEP (Annual Enrolment Period)

Employment Type: Contract (6 Months)

Experience Required: 6 Months to 3 Years

Location: Noida/Gurugram

Work Mode: 100% Work from Office (No remote option)

Shift Timings: Rotational Shifts (24x7), Rotational/Split Week Offs

Job Summary: We are looking for dynamic and detail-oriented

Chat Support Executives to join our team for the Annual Enrollment Period (AEP) support process. The selected candidates will be responsible for providing high-quality support to M&R and M&R DSNP members through chat-based interactions. Strong communication skills, fast typing speed, and comfort with technology are essential for success in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide real-time assistance to consumers via chat during the AEP period.
  • Maintain a positive and professional tone to ensure superior customer experience.
  • Resolve member queries efficiently while managing multiple conversations simultaneously.
  • Utilize digital tools and resources to provide accurate information and support.

Must-Have Skills:

  • Excellent Written Communication: Clear, concise, and engaging chat responses.
  • Typing Speed: Minimum of 35 words per minute (WPM).
  • Multi-tasking: Ability to manage chat, search resources, and respond simultaneously.
  • Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using internal tools, apps, websites, and SMS platforms.
  • Analytical Thinking: Ability to interpret unclear queries and ask clarifying questions.
  • Flexibility: Comfortable with ongoing changes and process improvements.

Good to Have:

  • Familiarity with healthcare/insurance domains (e.g., claims, benefits, providers, pharmacy).
  • Previous experience working in a highly automated or CRM-based support environment.

Interview Process:

  1. Typing Test  Minimum 35 WPM
  2. CAT Assessment  Mock chat with minimum qualifying score of 2.2
