Job Description:
We are seeking a organized HR Administrator who is willing to learn and work for Human Resources department. The HR Administrator will be responsible for various administrative tasks including recruitment, record-keeping, file maintenance, HRIS entry, and assisting with payroll processing . The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of HR functions, and a dedication to accuracy and confidentiality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and update employee records and files, both physical and digital.
- Process documentation related to employee life-cycle events such as hires, promotions, transfers, and terminations.
- Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data (absences, bonus, leaves, etc.).
- Help organize and manage new employee orientation, onboarding, and training programs.
- Conduct initial screenings of resumes and applications to ensure they meet minimum qualifications.
- Schedule interviews and manage the interview process calendar.
- Respond to internal and external HR related inquiries or requests and provide assistance.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an HR Administrator, HR Administrative Assistant, or relevant role.
- Familiarity with HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) and MS Office (especially Excel).
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to maintain confidential information.
- Degree in Human Resources Management or relevant field is a plus.
