Location: Hyderabad
Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager with a Hotel Management background to drive sales and revenue growth for our hospitality business. The ideal candidate will have strong industry connections, proven sales expertise, and in-depth knowledge of the Hyderabad market.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, travel agencies, and other partners.
- Identify and secure new business opportunities in the local market.
- Negotiate contracts, finalize agreements, and ensure timely closures.
- Collaborate with operations teams to ensure exceptional guest satisfaction and service standards.
Requirements
- Degree/Diploma in Hotel Management.
- 5–10 years of proven sales experience in the hospitality industry.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and networking skills.
- Strong knowledge of the Hyderabad hospitality market (preferred).
