Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager, located in Hyderabad. The Sales Manager will be responsible for leading and managing the sales team, developing and executing strategic sales plans, and achieving sales targets. Daily tasks include identifying new business opportunities, maintaining relationships with key clients, conducting market research, preparing sales reports, and collaborating with the marketing team to optimize sales campaigns. The Sales Manager will also provide training and support to the sales team to ensure they achieve their individual goals.
Qualifications
- Sales Management, Business Development, and Client Relationship skills
- Experience in Market Research, Sales Strategy Development, and Sales Reporting
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Leadership and Team Management skills
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
- Experience in the software solutions industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
