Responsibilities
  • Manage daily operations of the medical staffing center
  • Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards
  • Collaborate with healthcare providers to assess staffing needs
  • Oversee recruitment, training, and performance evaluation of staff
  • Develop and implement operational policies and procedures
  • Maintain relationships with clients and healthcare organizations
  • Monitor and evaluate service delivery to ensure quality standards
  • Assist in developing strategic plans to grow the medical staffing division
Requirements
  • Medical degree (MBBS or equivalent)
  • Strong interest in healthcare staffing and recruiting
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to a fast-paced environment
  • Prior experience in healthcare or staffing is a plus
