CRM (Salesforce) Administration & Strategy a. Advanced Salesforce configuration (custom objects, validation rules, flows, Process Builder/Flow, Lightning components) b. Build and optimize workflows, dashboards, and automation within Salesforce. c. Ensure adoption discipline across teams by training users and monitoring system usage d. Serve as the single source of truth for all CRM-related data and processes e. Integration experience (with ERP, BI tools, APIs) f. Hands-on ability to design advanced Salesforce reports and dashboards

MIS & Reporting Excellence a. Develop and maintain dynamic MIS dashboards covering business KPIs, operational data, and dealer program tracking b. Consolidate data from Salesforce and other sources into unified, real-time reporting structures c. Generate and present periodic reports (daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly) for leadership with actionable insights

Dealer Rewards Program Analytics a. Manage data related to the Dealer Rewards Program tracking eligibility, performance, and disbursements b. Build transparent dashboards for program performance monitoring c. Coordinate with relevant teams to ensure accuracy and fairness in reward allocations

Data Governance & Process Integrity a) Define and enforce data governance protocols (accuracy, validation, updates) b) Establish SOPs for all data entry, reporting, and analytics processes c) Ensure system integrity through regular audits and improvements

Candidate Profile 3-9 years experience in CRM administration, data analytics, or MIS management. Hands-on expertise with Salesforce CRM (administrator certification is a plus). Strong technical skills in Excel, Power BI, or equivalent BI tools. Proven ability to translate raw data into meaningful business intelligence. Detail-oriented with strong organizational and project management skills. Effective communicator, able to simplify complex data for leadership.
