Job Title: Data Strategy Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Data Strategy Lead to join our organization. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing data-driven strategies that drive business growth and improvement.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the development of a comprehensive data strategy that aligns with business objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data is integrated into decision-making processes.
  • Analyze complex data sets to identify trends and insights that inform business decisions.
  • Develop and maintain data governance frameworks to ensure data quality and integrity.
  • Build and lead high-performing analytics teams to drive business outcomes.
Requirements:
  • 8+ years of experience in data & analytics leadership, with a proven track record of building data marts and defining enterprise-wide data consumption strategies.
  • Strong technical expertise in data modeling, flat table structures, and query optimization for large-scale systems.
  • Experience with cloud data warehouses like Snowflake/BigQuery/Redshift and BI tools like Looker/PowerBI/Tableau.
  • Familiarity with machine learning workflows (data pipelines for ML, feature engineering, model monitoring) and ability to guide data scientists in building predictive/ML models.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, comfortable influencing at the CXO level.
