Job Summary:

We are looking for a Senior Visual Designer (Male) with a strong creative vision and proven experience in developing high-impact visual designs across digital and print media. The ideal candidate should have a keen eye for aesthetics, attention to detail, and the ability to translate complex ideas into engaging visuals that align with brand identity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the visual design process from concept to final execution for digital, print, and multimedia projects.
  • Develop and maintain a consistent brand look across all creative assets including marketing materials, social media, UI/UX elements, presentations, packaging, and campaigns.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, product, content, and development to deliver visually compelling solutions.
  • Provide creative direction and mentorship to junior designers.
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas and concepts.
  • Ensure timely delivery of projects while maintaining high-quality standards.
  • Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and best practices.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or related field.
  • Experience: 4–7 years of experience in visual or graphic design roles.
  • Skills:
  • Mastery of design software: Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Figma, Sketch, etc.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating creative design thinking and execution.
  • Excellent typography, layout, and color theory skills.
  • Good understanding of UI/UX principles and responsive design.
  • Strong communication and presentation abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and work under deadlines.

Preferred:

  • Male candidates only (as per organizational diversity balance goals).
  • Experience in [industry, e.g., advertising, tech, real estate, etc.].
  • Motion graphics or video editing skills (After Effects, Premiere Pro) is a plus.
  • Familiarity with web and mobile design systems.
